Chicken Rolls Recipe
In the case of rolls, with every bite, there should come a new flavor. Thus, best ingredients and the best cooking style must be used to bring out the best results. Let us look into how we can make a good chicken roll with the help of some really exciting ingredients and the easiest procedure.
Step 1
Take a glass bowl and in that, add some coriander powder, black pepper, garlic paste, cumin powder, low-fat yogurt, turmeric, and ginger paste. Mix these ingredients really well.
After that, add the fresh and washed chicken pieces to the bowl and mix the two well. Marinate the chicken in the ingredients for around 1 hour.
Step 2
In the second step, heat oil in a pan on medium flame. In the hot pan, add sliced onion and stir until it turns golden brown or light brown. After the onions, add the chopped tomatoes and cook them for the next 2-3 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients, and cover the lid. Cook the mixture for around 10 minutes along with random stirring in between. Add ½ cup of water.
Step 3
Add the marinated chicken to the mixture on the pan and cook until the chicken seems to be done perfectly. If you feel that chicken is drying out, sprinkle or add some water accordingly.
Once you feel the entire thing is done, add some Garam Masala to it and mix well to infuse the taste. When everything is done, close the flame and put the pan to one side.
Step 4
Now, for the Paratha of the roll let us prepare the dough!
In a bowl or an enormous container, take the all-purpose flour, and mix it well with vegetable oil and salt. Now, keep on adding water consistently and slowly, accompanied by the kneading of the dough.
Once done, make around 3-4 equal-sized balls out of the prepared dough. Then, spread some raw flour on the surface, preparing a paratha out of the small-sized ball. Ensure that the parathas are a bit thicker than usual.
Step 5
Now, put a pan on the stove on medium flame and let it heat. Once the pan is considerably hot, start cooking the parathas one by one.
Initially, flip the parathas on both sides without applying any oil. Then, add 1 Teaspoon of oil to each side and cook. The parathas are to be cooked until they appear to be brown.
Avoid flipping the parathas too much as it makes them hard.
Step 6
Now, to assemble all ingredients, take one hot Paratha and start the process.
On a hot paratha, place the chicken that you cooked. Then, to add flavor, sprinkle some lemon on top of the chicken infused with flavors and spices. Also, apply some extra sliced onions, chopped coriander leaves, and cucumber.
Add some tomato ketchup, chili sauce, and the High on Chicken Mango Chili sauce for enhanced taste.
Step 7
In the last step, roll the Paratha carefully, and cover one side or half of the Paratha with a tissue or foil wrap.
